St. Bartholomew Parish Church
St. Bartholomew Church, located in the northeastern tip of the village,
has its origins in the S. XV, but now only retains its original form in
the apse, instead of the high altar and chapel vaulted Gothic cross.
Its construction is exempt from a single ship with semicircular apse
and chapel next to the Gospel. The main access presents a semicircular
arch dovelas with blocks of granite under the portico closed with six
semicircular arches and masonry enlucidos.Se remains of the fifteenth
and sixteenth centuries, stressing the cross vault of the chapel and
the remainder of the building resulting from successive arrangements
and ampliaciones
The exterior is masonry enlucida in the south façade, which is the
main, being masonry view the apse and the north facade and the steeple,
XVI.La century facade of the chapel of the Gospel, p. XVI, is blocks of
granite, and is finished to match the fascia board covered with a ball.
In 1944, for a few reforms, we verified the existence of mural painting
Gothic already deteriorated in the apse, and at least ten tombstones
burial gothic within the Iglesia.En drawing of the mural, is a glimpse
figure of a person, possibly a man sitting with a blanket or coat of
red on the side of his body, and in the interior of a temple
gótico. Around this person appear a niche and two people with
arrodillaras dress in black and red helmet. The second, an animal
defined by the absence of her head and a dove.En 1944, durante unas
reformas, se comprobó la existencia de pintura mural gótica, ya
deteriorada en el ábside; y al menos diez lápidas de enterramiento
también góticas dentro de la propia Iglesia.
